- Kitchen: A fully equipped shared kitchen (used by 4 people) with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, and plenty of cookware and utensils. The kitchen is also very bright, thanks to a large window.
- Outdoor Area: Accessible from a door next to the kitchen, the outdoor area is perfect for drying clothes or storing bikes.
- Basement: Includes a washing machine and a large freezer. Having these appliances in the basement allows for quiet nighttime use.
The common areas are cleaned approximately every two weeks, and this service is included in the price.
