The house is fully equipped. You will be the first occupants and will only need to bring your bed and bath sheets 🧘

The works carried out include:

1st floor and 2nd floor (identical):
2 bedrooms (per floor) fully equipped (Bed 160 x 200 [Emma mattress], dressing room, desk, chair, bedside table).
1 large walk-in shower (per floor) and 1 separate toilet (per half-floor).
Rent per room/month: €450 + €120 charges

3rd floor:
2 fully equipped bedrooms (Bed 160 x 200 [Emma mattress], dressing room, desk, chair, bedside table).
1 large walk-in shower and 1 toilet.
Rent per room/month: €400 + €120 charges

🔌Charge provisions: €120, including fixed internet charges + 5 hours/week cleaning service, insurance & variable charges water+gas+electricity. Charges are calculated annually based on actual consumption.
